MCS Ltd were appointed to carry out the mechanical works under a D&B contract at 100 Temple Street, as part of the refurbishment of Bristol City Council’s central Bristol offices. The project consisted of the refurbishment of two floors of a five storey building currently occupied by Bristol City Council. As well as the installation of new services the project involved the significant refurbishment of existing retained services (VAV boxes and AHU’s) serving occupied areas of the building. MCS worked closely with Overbury to develop a phasing programme so that all works could be carried out with the minimum disruption to the Council’s operations.

  • Comms Room DX critical cooling installations
  • Refurbishment of 10No toilet cores throughout occupied areas of the building
